All the ingredients we use have been selected from our own gardens or from specialist local supplies of high quality goods.
Eggs – from Dadmans’ rare breed hens
Bacon – dry cured from Suffolk.
Sausages – made and supplied by Mr Doughty of Doddington - the award-winning butcher.
Fruit – freshly picked and prepared, or poached and flavoured with cinnamon or spices.
Home made bread from locally milled flour.
Jams and marmalades are all made on the premises.
Locally produced honey.
Kippers can also be provided which have been smoked at Whitstable
Kedgeree is also available but advance notice is needed for both these dishes.
